Sai test

So I got paint tool sai and was playing around with some bushes and features and stuff. It's pretty cool to use and I had fun creating this. I hope you all enjoy it (: I will definitely keep playing around in sai and use it for some future artwork, but I will also keep with photoshop elements as well.

As for who this is? I'm not sure, maybe it can be my first OC....but now that I think about it, she kind of looks like Cortana.
